Offer 31 lots of Machine shop equipment including lathes, mills, grinders and related support equipment.      - - - - -  AUCTION INFORMATION & LOAD-OUT NOTICE Long Shot Auctioneers – Miller Machine Shop Auction Online Only Auction Ends: Thursday, April 30 6:00pm Pickup Dates: Friday, May 1 | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday, May 2 | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PAYMENT TERMS ALL payments must be made at the Long Shot Auctioneers facility in Canton, TX NO on-site payment will be accepted Long Shot Auctioneers will NOT be on-site for payment or pickup Accepted Payment Methods: Cash Check Wire Transfer Credit Card (in person or card on file) IMPORTANT PICKUP & LOAD-OUT INFORMATION This auction includes large, heavy industrial equipment. Many items will require professional rigging, disassembly, and specialized transport. Long Shot Auctioneers WILL NOT provide any load-out assistance Long Shot Auctioneers WILL NOT be present on-site during pickup Buyers are fully responsible for removal of their purchases No forklifts, cranes, tools, or equipment will be provided by Long Shot Auctioneers or the seller RIGGING & LOADING SERVICES A third-party rigging company will be available ON-SITE during scheduled pickup dates only: [RIGGING COMPANY NAME / CONTACT INFO – TO BE INSERTED] Buyers must contact and schedule directly with the rigging company Rigging services are NOT included in the purchase price Some equipment may require professional disassembly prior to removal After Saturday, May 2 @ 5:00 PM, this rigging crew will no longer be available on-site. You can schedule your own appointment with them for a later date if you so choose and it is agreed upon between the purchaser and rigging company. SELF LOAD-OUT Buyers may remove items themselves, however: Buyers must bring proper equipment, labor, and transportation Buyers must be capable of safely removing their purchases All removal is at the buyer’s sole risk and responsibility SITE ACCESS & SCHEDULING Buyers must coordinate pickup times with the rigging company or site contact, if applicable Access to the site may be limited to scheduled appointments only UTILITIES & DISCONNECTION Buyers are responsible for proper disconnection of any electrical, air, gas, or other utility connections Professional services may be required No assistance will be provided by Long Shot Auctioneers or the seller REMOVAL DEADLINE ALL items must be removed by Friday, May 15 @ 5:00 PM Failure to remove items by this deadline may result in: Items being considered abandoned Forfeiture of the asset with NO refund Items subject to resale, disposal, or storage at the buyer’s expense CONDITION OF PREMISES Buyers must remove items in full No partial removals, scrap, or debris may be left behind Buyers are responsible for leaving the area clean and free of fluids, trash, and materials LIABILITY & DAMAGE Buyers and/or their hired contractors assume all responsibility and liability for any damage to property, equipment, or persons during removal Any damage caused must be repaired at the buyer’s expense Long Shot Auctioneers and the seller assume no liability for accidents, injuries, or damages INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS Any third-party contractors or rigging companies must carry their own insurance Long Shot Auctioneers and the seller assume no responsibility for their actions NO WARRANTIES / NO REFUNDS All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS NO refunds will be given for: Failure to remove items Inability to load or transport equipment Lack of proper equipment, labor, or planning SAFETY NOTICE Buyers enter the premises at their own risk Proper safety precautions and equipment are strongly recommended FINAL NOTICE If you are bidding on large equipment, you must plan accordingly. Many of these machines are extremely heavy and may require professional rigging and disassembly. Failure to properly plan for removal will not be grounds for refund under any circumstances.
